The successful candidate will manage international trade mark portfolios, handling clearance, registrability, filing strategies, and prosecution across the UK, EU, and global jurisdictions. Core duties involve managing both contentious and non-contentious matters, ranging from UKIPO/EUIPO proceedings and High Court disputes to online brand protection and anti-counterfeiting.
