How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

We are building an AI-native financial companion that doesn’t just show people their money: it actively manages it on their behalf. We proactively surface opportunities, prevent problems before they happen, and act in our customers’ genuine financial interest. This is banking reimagined from first principles, and we’re only just getting started.

    THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re looking for a founding team member to own the product and delivery function as we build the company from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to shape an AI-native financial product at its earliest stage and to grow into a senior product leadership role as the company scales.

Right now, the role is equally about building the right thing and shipping it reliably. You’ll sit at the intersection of product vision, technical delivery, and regulatory readiness, working closely with the founder, our technology partners, and a small, high-calibre team to bring us to market.

    WHAT YOU’LL DO

    • Own and maintain the product delivery roadmap from build through to launch and beyond
    • Manage delivery across internal and external workstreams, coordinating engineering, compliance, and our Banking-as-a-Service technology partners
    • Run sprint and milestone planning; identify, track, and resolve dependencies and blockers
    • Define and document product requirements with clarity and precision, translating our vision into specifications partners can build against
    • Maintain launch readiness tracking across regulatory, technical, and operational milestones
    • Manage risks proactively, surfacing issues early and escalating clearly to the founder
    • Shape the product roadmap beyond launch, using data and user insight to drive prioritisation decisions
    • Champion customer experience across every touchpoint, maintaining a high bar for quality in an AI-native product
    • Build the foundations of our product function (processes, tools, and ways of working that scale)

THE CONTEXT YOU’LL BE WORKING IN

Our company is in the active build phase.

You’ll be managing delivery against a structured partner integration, with FCA authorisation milestones running in parallel. This means comfort with ambiguity, strong stakeholder communication, and the ability to context-switch between strategic and operational tasks on the same day.

You’ll be one of the first people into the business, so expect to go broad before we go deep. A founder mindset, taking full ownership of outcomes rather than tasks,  is essential.

    WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

    Essential

    - 3–5 years managing technical product builds end-to-end, in product management, delivery, programme management, or a founding role

    - Demonstrated ability to drive delivery in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment

    - Strong written and verbal communicator, comfortable with founders, engineers, and external partners alike

    - Commercially minded with genuine curiosity about financial services and the role of AI in reshaping them

    - Awareness of operating in a regulated environment, you don’t need to be a compliance expert, but you need to take it seriously

    - Comfortable using AI tools daily as part of how you work, not just as a curiosity

    Preferred

    - Computer science or engineering degree from a leading university

    - Experience at an early-stage startup or within a fintech, payments, or banking context

    - Familiarity with BaaS infrastructure, card issuing, or open banking ecosystems

    - Experience working alongside or within FCA-regulated organisations

    - A track record of shipping consumer-facing products people genuinely love

    COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

    • Competitive base salary, benchmarked to senior IC product roles at London-based fintech startups
    • Meaningful equity participation: this is a founding team role
    • Hybrid working from our London base (2-3 days a week) with flexibility built in from day one
    • Direct access to the founder and genuine influence over direction
    • The opportunity to build a product function, and a category-defining company, from scratch

    OUR VALUES IN PRACTICE

Act in our customers’ genuine interest: not just what they ask for, but what’s actually good for them financially

Move fast, but build to last : we ship quickly and take quality seriously in equal measure

Own the outcome : we don’t hand things off and walk away; we see things through

Be honest: with customers, with each other, and about what we don’t know yet.

We are an equal opportunity employer. We are committed to building a team that reflects the diversity of the customers we serve.
