Cpl UK Healthcare is delighted to be working with a private clinic to recruit a Band 5 Occupational Therapist to join their specialist clinic-based paediatric team in Surrey.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an Occupational Therapist looking to build their career in paediatrics, working alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team supporting children and young people with a range of developmental and sensory needs.
💼 The Role
You'll deliver high-quality occupational therapy assessments and interventions within a specialist clinic, helping children develop their independence, motor skills, sensory processing, and participation in everyday activities.
✨ Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage a paediatric occupational therapy caseload
✅ Complete functional, developmental, and sensory assessments
✅ Deliver personalised therapy programmes
✅ Support children with sensory processing, motor development, hand skills, and emotional regulation
✅ Work collaboratively with families and the multidisciplinary team
✅ Contribute to therapy reports and clinical documentation
✅ Participate in ongoing CPD and service development
👤 What we're looking for:
✔ HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist
✔ Experience or a strong interest in paediatric occupational therapy
✔ Knowledge of child development and sensory processing is desirable
✔ Excellent communication and clinical reasoning skills
📍 Location: Surrey
💼 Contract: Permanent
💷 Salary: £32,000
