Key Responsibilities of the Project Manager:
Lead and promote a positive health & safety culture through visible leadership, safety observations, interventions and site safety walks.
Take full accountability for the successful delivery of projects, ensuring performance against commercial, financial, quality, schedule and customer satisfaction objectives.
Manage the tendering process by supporting the sales team, assessing customer requirements and ensuring commercially compliant, competitive proposals.
Drive project profitability and commercial performance, including risk management, quality documentation and the resolution of contractual disputes.
Coordinate project execution from handover through delivery, facilitating kick-off meetings, resource planning and cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Procurement and Operations.
Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders, providing proactive communication and ensuring projects are delivered to meet client expectations.
Working Hours of the Project Manager:
37.5 Hours per week with flexible start time offered.
Core Hours: 10:00 - 15:30 Monday to Thursday / 10:00 to 14:30 Friday
Earliest Start: 07:00
In return, the Project Manager will receive:
Renumeration: £30.98 per hour (paid via Umbrella PAYE)
Contract Length: 3 Months (likely to go on longer but not guaranteed)
Pension Contribution after 3 months
