Customer Service Administrator

Barker Ross are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join a growing team in a COPACK company based in the Coalville (LE67) area.

The working hours for the Warehouse Admin position is Monday to Friday 07:00 till 15:00.
The pay rate for this role is £14.00

Job Duties:

· Creating and communicating of all Customer reports and monitoring systems
· Resolving customer queries, providing PODs, and interrogating system discrepancies
· Liaising with Stock Team to resolve system issues
· Gathering data and reporting site financials on daily and weekly basis
· Compiling data for Customer Account Manager in preparation for reviews
· Maintaining and tracking empty pallet movements for all customers
· Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
· Cover for Customer Services Manager
· Liaise with company management to support and implement growth strategies
· Other duties as reasonably required

The ideal candidate will have:

· Considerable experience working in a customer facing environment
· Passion for delivery of excellent customer service within an ever growing business
· Fantastic written and verbal communications, be able to adapt the communication style to meet different situations and personalities
· Ability to use and interrogate WMS systems
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, Excel at Intermediate or above.
· Ability to work using own initiative and ability to manage own workload
· Drive, determination and a track record in delivering service
· Ability to solve problems methodically and actively seek resolutions
· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy skills
· Organised, clean and tidy approach to work
