We're recruiting for an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the delivery of multiple large-scale facilities management contracts. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong compliance background who thrives in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple clients, contractors and workstreams.
The Role
You will be responsible for planning, coordinating and overseeing statutory compliance programmes across a portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring all works are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with legislation.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing multiple FM contracts across a varied property portfolio.
* Planning and scheduling planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and statutory inspections.
* Coordinating specialist contractors and engineers across multiple compliance disciplines.
* Acting as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and resolving any issues.
* Managing contractor performance, ensuring KPIs and SLAs are consistently achieved.
* Reviewing certification and ensuring all compliance documentation is accurately maintained.
* Prioritising reactive works while ensuring planned programmes remain on schedule.
* Working closely with internal teams to ensure the smooth delivery of all contracts.
* Ensuring full compliance with current health & safety legislation and industry regulations.

You'll oversee programmes covering:
* Asbestos Management
* Electrical Fixed Wiring (EICRs)
* Gas Safety
* Fire Safety
* Water Hygiene & Legionella
* Roller Shutters & Automatic Doors
* Emergency Lighting
* PAT Testing
* Other statutory building compliance services
About You
We're looking for someone who has:
* Previous experience managing multiple facilities management or compliance contracts.
* Strong planning and scheduling experience.
* Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience coordinating subcontractors and specialist engineers.
* A solid understanding of statutory compliance within commercial properties.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CAFM/FM systems would be advantageous.
