How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    AI Engineer

    Salary: Competitive (please enquire for details)
    Location: Central London
    Sponsorship status: Sponsorship is not available, so please only apply if you have the full, unencumbered right to work in the UK.A large, multi-site organisation with a significant data and technology function is looking to appoint an AI Engineer to help deliver AI-driven solutions that improve access to information, streamline processes and support better decision-making.

    The Role

    As an AI Engineer, you'll design, build and deploy AI agents using Microsoft technologies, with a particular focus on Microsoft Copilot Studio and Microsoft Fabric. Working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams, you'll translate operational challenges into practical AI solutions that are scalable, secure and aligned to governance standards.

    You'll be responsible for the full lifecycle of AI agents, from requirements gathering and solution design through to deployment, monitoring and continuous improvement.

    Key Responsibilities

    Design and develop AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
    Work with stakeholders to understand business processes and user requirements.
    Build conversational and workflow-driven solutions that improve access to data and insight.
    Integrate AI agents with enterprise data platforms, including Microsoft Fabric.
    Apply governance, security and operational controls across AI solutions.
    Support testing, release management and ongoing support activities.
    Monitor agent performance and drive enhancements based on user feedback and business value.
    Collaborate with data, platform and architecture teams to ensure solutions are robust and maintainable.About You

    You'll bring experience delivering AI-powered solutions within an enterprise environment and be comfortable working with both technical teams and business users.

    Key requirements include:

    Experience building AI agents, copilots or intelligent automation solutions.
    Strong knowledge of Microsoft Copilot Studio and related Microsoft AI technologies.
    Understanding of AI governance, permissions, security and operational best practice.
    Experience working with enterprise data platforms, ideally Microsoft Fabric.
    Strong stakeholder management and requirements gathering skills.
    Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
    Experience supporting solutions through testing, deployment and production support lifecycles.
    Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics or a related discipline, or equivalent commercial experience.This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing Data & AI function and play a key role in expanding the organisation's AI capabilities across multiple business areas
