Proposals Manager

Opportunity for a Proposals Manager to join a leading fit out contractor based in the City on high value projects across multiple sectors.

My client is seeking an experienced and highly organised Proposals Manager to lead the development, coordination, and submission of high-quality proposals and tender responses. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven ability to manage multiple deadlines while producing compelling, compliant submissions.

Working closely with operational, commercial, and business development teams, you will play a key role in securing new business opportunities and supporting the continued growth of the organisation.

Proposals Manager roles & responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end tender and proposal process from opportunity identification through to submission.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to gather technical, commercial, and operational information.
Develop persuasive, high-quality written responses tailored to client requirements.
Review tender documentation to ensure compliance with all submission criteria.
Create and maintain proposal templates, case studies, and bid library content.
Produce engaging presentation materials and supporting documentation.
Manage bid programmes and ensure all deadlines are achieved.
Conduct post-submission reviews and capture lessons learned to drive continuous improvement.
Monitor tender portals and identify suitable opportunities.
Work closely with senior stakeholders to develop winning bid strategies.Proposal Manager requirements

Proven experience within a Proposals Coordination, Writing or Management role
Worked for main contractor
Proficient in InDesign & other Adobe packages
Graphic design experience/knowledge
Excellent written communication and editing skills.
Experience managing multiple bids simultaneously under tight deadlines.
High attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.Proposal Manager Benefits
