The Role
As Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for the commercial management of projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring costs are controlled and projects are delivered profitably.
Key Responsibilities

Managing project costs, budgets and forecasts.

Preparing estimates, tenders and commercial reports.
*
Procuring and managing subcontractor packages.
*
Valuing works, variations and applications for payment.
*
Managing subcontractor accounts and final accounts.
*
Monitoring project performance and identifying commercial risks.
*
Working closely with project teams, clients and supply chain partners.
About You
*
Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction sector.
*
Strong commercial and contractual awareness.
*
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
*
Good attention to detail and financial acumen.
*
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
*
Relevant qualifications or professional membership desirable.
