What will the Payroll role involve?
Managing multiple payrolls and ensuring accurate processing for a diverse portfolio, including complex employee scenarios.
Building strong relationships with stakeholders to deliver timely payroll services and resolve issues efficiently.
Supporting system automation initiatives and process improvements to streamline payroll operations.
Reconciling payments
Assisting with ad hoc payroll projects and ongoing compliance activities to support organisational objectives
Suitable Candidate for the Payroll vacancy:
Experience managing payrolls, ideally within an outsourced or bureau environment but this is not essential
Has a strong understanding of PAYE, NI, and tax regulations, with excellent attention to detail
Effective communicator with the ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships confidently
Adaptable and organised, capable of working within a fast-paced, changing environment
