How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

A Quality Manager can maintain standards.

A Group Quality Manager can help transform a business.

We're recruiting a Group Quality Manager for a growing UK manufacturing organisation with ambitious plans to increase turnover from £40m to £150m. This Quality Manager position will lead Quality across three UK sites, creating a consistent, scalable approach to quality, compliance and customer assurance.

The successful Group Quality Manager will be responsible for Quality strategy, OEM compliance, customer quality performance and the ongoing development of a robust Quality Management System across the business. This is a high-profile Quality Manager role with visibility across the leadership team and significant influence on future business performance.

    Why Apply?
    • Opportunity to lead Quality across three diverse manufacturing operations.
    • Significant investment and growth plans.
    • OEM customer base within electronics, defence and advanced manufacturing.
    • Strategic leadership position with board-level visibility.
    • Opportunity to establish Quality as a genuine business differentiator rather than a compliance function.

The Role: As Group Quality Manager you will:
    • Lead and develop the Quality strategy across three UK sites.
    • Own and continuously improve the Group Quality Management System.
    • Lead customer audits, OEM approvals and quality escalations.
    • Drive CAPA effectiveness, Right First Time performance and cost reduction initiatives.
    • Develop Quality capability, systems and leadership throughout the business.
    • Create one consistent Quality standard across multiple sites.

The ideal Quality Manager will have:
    • Multi-site Quality leadership experience.
    • Manufacturing, engineering or industrial sector experience.
    • Strong OEM customer exposure.
    • Quality Management System ownership experience.
    • Expertise in ISO9001, CAPA, 8D, FMEA and SPC.
    • A proven track record of leading quality improvement and organisational change.

This Group Quality Manager opportunity would suit an experienced senior Quality professional seeking broader influence, strategic responsibility and the chance to shape Quality across a growing manufacturing group.
