Position: Logistics Operative
Hours: 39 hours per week
Shift Pattern:
* Monday – Thursday: 8:00am – 4:00pm
* Friday: 8:00am – 3:00pm
Hourly Rate:
£13.00 – £14.00 per hour

West Bromwich, B70 9PL
Key Responsibilities
* Safely and efficiently operate a Reach Truck or M1/M3 Combi truck.
* Load and unload deliveries and ensure goods are stored correctly.
* Move materials and products safely around the warehouse and site.
* Pick, prepare and organise materials for production and dispatch.
* Complete relevant paperwork and stock control documentation accurately.
* Carry out stock checks and report any discrepancies.
* Ensure all goods are handled with care to prevent damage.
* Maintain a clean, tidy and organised working environment.
* Follow all company health and safety procedures at all times.
* Work closely with colleagues across logistics, warehouse and production teams.
* Carry out other reasonable duties as required by the Logistics/Operations team.
About You
The successful candidate will:
* Hold a valid Reach Truck Licence OR M1/M3 Combi Licence.
* Have previous experience working in a warehouse, logistics or manufacturing environment.
* Be comfortable working in a physically active role.
* Have a strong focus on health and safety.
* Be reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team.
* Have good attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures.
* Be willing to support colleagues and contribute to achieving team targets.
* Have a positive, can-do attitude.
