As a Sales Manager, you'll lead the commercial function, develop new business opportunities, manage key customer relationships, and drive sales across a specialist range of washer disinfectors and autoclaves used within laboratory and scientific environments. This expanding organisation has ambitious growth plans and is looking for a hands-on Sales Manager who can develop the sales strategy while supporting customers with technical solutions.

Your Role as a Sales Manager Will Include:

Managing and developing new and existing customer accounts
Selling specialist washer disinfectors and autoclaves into laboratory, medical and scientific environments
Building long-term relationships with customers and key decision makers
Preparing quotations, proposals and negotiating contracts
Working closely with the service and technical teams to ensure excellent customer supportThe Successful Sales Manager Will Need:

Previous experience in a Sales Manager, Technical Sales Manager or similar role
Knowledge of washer disinfectors, autoclaves or similar medical, laboratory or scientific equipment is preffered
Strong commercial, negotiation and relationship-building skills
Technical aptitude with the ability to understand complex engineering products
Full UK Driving Licence
