In this role, you will deliver practical and classroom-based training to Plumbing & Heating apprentices across the Aylesbury and High Wycombe campuses. You will support learners throughout their apprenticeship, assess their progress, provide guidance and help them develop the practical skills and knowledge required to succeed within the industry.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Plumbing & Heating Engineer holding an NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing & Heating or equivalent. Gas Safe qualifications would be highly beneficial, but are not essential. You do not need previous teaching experience, as training and support will be provided to help you transition into education.

The Role
Deliver practical and classroom-based Plumbing & Heating training
Work with apprentices throughout their qualification
Assess learner progress and provide support and guidance
Build positive relationships with apprentices and employers
Based across the Aylesbury and High Wycombe campuses
37-hour Monday to Friday role with excellent benefits
The Person
NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing & Heating or equivalent
Strong Plumbing & Heating industry experience
Gas Safe qualifications highly desirable
No previous teaching experience required
