Role
Permanent position. This role will be based in Manch

Responsi
- bilities
Deliver a broad range of professional and project-based building surveying - services.Undertake PPM surveys, condition surveys, technical due diligence and building pathology inves
- tigations.Prepare specifications, schedules of work, technical reports and Reinstatement Cost As
- sessments.Manage maintenance, repair, refurbishment and insurance reinstatement
- projects.Act as Contract Administrator under JCT and SBCC forms of
- contract.Prepare Schedules of Condition and Dila
- pidations.Provide clear technical advice and maintain strong relationships wit
- h clients.Work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams while ensuring compliance with CDM Regulations, health and safety requirements and industry
standards.

Chartered Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors ( - not essential)Degree in Building Surveying or a relat
ed disciplin

Ideal Skills
Broad experience delivering professional building s - urveying services.Strong knowledge of construction technology, building pathology a
- nd PPM programmes.Experience managing refurbishment projects and administering JCT
- or SBCC contracts.Strong technical reporting, organisation and client-
- management skills.Good understanding of CDM Regulations and relevant health and s
- afety legislation.Competence using Microsoft Office
- and CAD software.Proactive, commercially aware and able to manage mult

Pay range

Salary £45,000–£75,000 (depending on experience) + performance-related bonus + professional development supp
