They are looking for a proactive and highly organised individual to support senior stakeholders and contribute to the continued success of the wider team.
We are seeking an experienced Team PA to provide high-level administrative and business support to senior managers and equity partners. This is a varied role combining executive support, diary and travel management, meeting coordination, office administration, facilities support, compliance assistance, and project coordination.
The successful candidate will work closely with a team of experienced PAs and wider business functions, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while managing multiple priorities within a professional real estate environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex diaries, meetings, conference calls, and travel arrangements.
- Provide administrative support to senior stakeholders and equity partners.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, agendas, catering, and team events.
- Prepare and format presentations, reports, emails, and business documents.
- Maintain accurate filing systems and ensure documents are professionally presented.
- Support office administration including meeting rooms, visitors, post, couriers, subscriptions, and supplies.
- Process expenses and assist with invoice-related paperwork.
- Maintain compliance records and support regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with contractors and suppliers to support facilities management.
- Assist with workplace initiatives, internal communications, and marketing materials.
- Support health and safety administration, including fire safety and first aid records.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Team Assistant, or Business Support professional.
- Experience within commercial real estate, property, asset management, or professional services is highly desirable.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Confident communicator with a proactive, flexible, and positive approach.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Professional, approachable, and a strong team player.
