What You'll Be Doing
Carrying out general maintenance and repair tasks across a variety of sites
Painting and decorating duties to maintain site appearance
Assembling, moving, and organising shelving, furniture, and equipment
Completing basic plumbing repairs such as fixing leaks and replacing taps
Undertaking basic electrical tasks including replacing bulbs and carrying out simple repairs where appropriate
Ensuring all work is carried out safely and in line with site procedures
Requirements
Previous maintenance, handyman, or facilities experience preferred
Basic knowledge of plumbing, painting, and electrical maintenance
Good communication skills and a proactive attitude
Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload
Locations
Roles available across London and surrounding areas, with immediate starts for the right candidates.
