About the Role
We're recruiting a CSCS Labourer to join a busy installation team in Wellington, supporting the delivery, movement and installation of white goods on commercial sites.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with practical, hands-on experience who is looking to develop their skills. Full training will be provided, making this an ideal role for someone keen to build a long-term career.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting with the installation and positioning of white goods
Using hand and power tools confidently and safely
Supporting experienced installers while learning on the job
Carrying out general labouring duties and site preparation
Keeping work areas clean, organised and safe
Working as part of a friendly, fast-paced team
What We're Looking For
Valid CSCS Card (essential)
Experience using hand and power tools
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Ability to follow instructions and work safely
Reliable, punctual and comfortable with early starts
Pay & Benefits
£13.50 per hour
Increased pay upon permanent employment (company pay structure applies)
Annual bonus scheme of up to 10% of salary
