We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established civil engineering contractor delivering a range of projects within the water sector.
Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Civil Supervisor to oversee site operations and ensure work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
What we're looking for:
Civil engineering background with experience on infrastructure or utility projects
Valid CSCS Card
SSSTS qualification
Strong understanding of health & safety and site operations
Ability to lead and coordinate site teamsApplications are also welcomed from experienced Gangers or Skilled Operatives who are ready to step into a supervisory role.
The Role:
Supervising day-to-day site activities
Coordinating labour, plant, and subcontractors
Ensuring works are completed safely and to programme
Maintaining quality standards and site documentation
Working closely with site management and the clientWhat's on Offer:
