As the Care Home Manager your regular duties and responsibilities will include:
- Leading a fantastic team to deliver exceptional person-centred care.
- Ensure the home remains fully compliant with CQC standards.
- Manage budgets and drive a commercially successful service.
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Work alongside a supportive Deputy Manager, Administrator, Hospitality & Housekeeping Teams, with experienced Operational support behind you every step of the way.
The ideal person for this Care Home Manager position, will need these skills and experience:
- Experience managing a Residential or Nursing Home.
- Excellent understanding of CQC and a passion for achieving high standards.
- Lead with kindness, integrity, and a healthy sense of humour.
- NMC registration is desirable but not essential.
