Site Manager

O'Neill & Brennan are currently recruiting a Site Manager for a Residential Project in Manchester. The candidate must be able to supervise all aspects of the project and organisie sub-contractors to carry out the works to a high standard.

Role:

-Work alongside Project Manager & Site Team.

-Responsible for ensuring that trades and subcontractors complete works to a high standard to completion.

-Delegating/Managing trades and sub-contractors.

-Maintaining and promoting Health & Safety and environmental standards.

-Liaise with other department managers and other members of the construction team.

-Maintain weekly site progress Diary

Requirements:

-Experience working as a Site Manager with a main contractor on commercial fit out projects.

-Possession of SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS card qualifications.

-Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a diverse team.

-Excellent organizational capabilities, with keen attention to detail.

-Enthusiasm for delivering high-quality projects within deadlines.

-Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
