Salary: 250 per day
We are currently seeking an experienced Groundworks Supervisor to oversee operations on a busy Temporary Works construction site. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising groundworks activities, ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to programme.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise groundworks teams on site.
Manage daily site activities and workforce productivity.
Ensure all work is completed in accordance with health & safety regulations.
Coordinate with site management, engineers, and subcontractors.
Monitor quality standards and ensure compliance with project specifications.
Conduct site briefings, toolbox talks, and safety inspections.
Maintain accurate site records and reports.
Ensure all temporary works are undertaken in line with approved designs and procedures.Essential Requirements

SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme)
CSCS Gold Card (Supervisor)
Proven experience supervising groundworks projects.
Strong understanding of temporary works and site safety requirements.
Ability to lead teams and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
Full UK Driving Licence.Desirable

CSCS Gold card
First Aid at Work certification.
CPCS/NPORS plant tickets.
Experience working on infrastructure, civil engineering, or utilities projects.What We Offer
