Location: Swindon
Salary: £28,000 - £31,000 per year (DOE), increasing after successful probation
Shift: 6:00pm – 6:00am | 3 nights on / 3 nights off

We are currently looking for an experienced Press Operator to join our client’s team in Swindon.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a print environment, with Print Finishing experience being highly desirable. You will need to be reliable, flexible and willing to work overtime during holiday cover and busy periods, particularly throughout December.
The Role
Operate printing press equipment safely and efficiently
Work as part of a team to meet production targets
Carry out quality checks throughout the production process
Support with print finishing duties when required
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Work additional overtime when required during peak periods
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience as a Press Operator or in a similar printing role
Good understanding of the printing process
Print Finishing experience is desirable
Previous experience working night shifts
Reliable and flexible approach to working hours
Willingness to work overtime when required
Forklift licence would be an advantage
