We're looking for an Agency Night Porter to join our temporary hospitality team in Sutton Scotney. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous hospitality, customer service, or security experience who enjoys working independently while delivering excellent guest service. The role offers 2 nights per week, preferably on consecutive nights, with working hours to be discussed.

Key Responsibilities
As an Agency Night Porter, you will:
Provide a friendly and professional welcome to guests throughout the night
Assist with late check-ins, early check-outs, and guest enquiries
Carry out regular security checks and monitor access to the property
Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues efficiently
Handle telephone calls, reservations, and administrative duties
Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of public areas
Complete overnight reports and record any incidents or maintenance issues
Prepare facilities for the following day, including breakfast or meeting areas where required
Follow health and safety procedures and respond appropriately to emergencies
Support other departments to ensure excellent guest service at all times
