As a Technical Project Lead - Modelling and Simulation Engineer you will:

Act as a Technical Project Lead - Modelling and Simulation Engineer embedded with customer teams, supporting clear delivery of engineering outcomes.
Define sprint tasks, manage technical risks, and keep engineering change requests moving smoothly alongside the Engineering Manager.
Lead Scrum ceremonies for effective planning, review, and retrospectives to drive steady progress within an Agile workflow.
Review and merge MATLAB and Simulink deliverables, ensuring quality standards are met and work is fit for purpose.
Collaborate across project teams to align functional implementation and reduce dependency issues.
Support model-based design and control-focused work that may include real-time simulations and monitoring systems.
The Technical Project Lead - Modelling and Simulation Engineer will have:

Degree-qualified, or equivalent, in a related discipline such as Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a closely aligned field.
Strong working knowledge of modelling principles for complex systems, with demonstrable practical experience in control, dynamics, and simulation.
Experience developing control systems or software using MATLAB/Simulink, with confidence reviewing deliverables and managing engineering quality.
A background that includes team leadership or mentoring, along with comfort coordinating tasking and delivery in a project setting.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum framework, using tools such as Jira and Confluence, and familiarity with Git-based version control workflows.
