Are you passionate about shaping the minds of the future and fostering a love for science in young learners? We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Science Teacher to join our vibrant secondary school in the heart of Colchester.
Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver engaging science curriculum that meets the needs of all students
Create a stimulating classroom environment that promotes curiosity and learning
Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of students
Participate in departmental meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and school-wide initiatives
Continuously update teaching methods and materials in line with current educational research
Requirements:
QTS
Proven experience in teaching at the secondary level
Strong classroom management skills
Ability to inspire and motivate students
Commitment to ongoing professional development
