How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

Providing strategic reporting and programme updates to senior stakeholders.
Supporting procurement, contract management and programme assurance activities. About You:

We are keen to speak with experienced Project Directors, Programme Directors, Associate Directors or Senior Project Managers who have delivered major capital programmes within highly regulated environments.

Youll ideally have experience in one or more of the following sectors:

    Life Sciences

    Defence
    Nuclear

    Secure or Mission-Critical Environments
    You will also demonstrate:

Proven experience delivering complex infrastructure and new-build projects.
    Strong client-side stakeholder management capability.
Experience working within a 2-stage Design & Build environment.
Excellent commercial, financial and programme management skills.
Experience leading multidisciplinary consultant and contractor teams.
Knowledge of NEC and/or other major construction contracts.
Professional qualifications such as MRICS, MCIOB, MAPM, MICE or equivalent. Whats on Offer?

    Very competitive salary
    Comprehensive benefits package.
    Hybrid working arrangement.
Opportunity to work on a nationally important programme.
Long-term career development within a leading consultancy.
Exposure to complex, high-profile infrastructure and scientific projects.
Please note: The successful candidate will be required to obtain BPSS and SC clearance and will be expected to spend approximately three days per week on the clients site in Surrey. Travel and hotel paid for if outside commutable distance.
