How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Demand Generation Manager
    Remote (UK)

    About Us

Webrecruit helps organisations attract, recruit and retain talent through recruitment advertising, applicant tracking technology and careers site solutions. As we continue to invest in our products, marketing capability and future growth, we're looking for an experienced Demand Generation Manager to help build a scalable marketing engine that drives measurable commercial results.

The role is offered on a permanent, full-time basis, working 40 hours per week.

    The Benefits

    - Competitive salary
    - Pension scheme
    - 22 days' holiday (rising to 25 days after two years) plus Bank Holidays

This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded B2B marketer with expertise in demand generation, marketing automation and customer lifecycle marketing to join our ambitious organisation.

You'll have the chance to play a key role in shaping our future marketing activity, building on your expertise whilst creating marketing programmes that support customer acquisition, retention and long-term business growth.

What's more, we'll ensure you are equipped to broaden your experience across product marketing, CRM, automation, customer insight and campaign strategy. This role represents a unique prospect to develop a well-rounded demand generation skill set whilst making a measurable contribution to our continued success.

Rather than stepping into a role focused on maintaining existing campaigns, you'll have the chance to shape how demand generation operates across the business, influencing strategy, technology, customer journeys and commercial growth.

    The Role

As our Demand Generation Manager, you will lead the delivery of our demand generation activity, ensuring marketing strategy is translated into engaging, high-quality campaigns that support commercial growth.

You'll own the planning, delivery and optimisation of integrated demand generation campaigns across our Recruitment Advertising, Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Careers Site solutions, creating connected customer journeys that support every stage of the customer lifecycle.

Building and optimising HubSpot email marketing automation programmes, you will continually refine campaign performance through testing, customer insight and marketing analytics. Reporting on campaign results, you'll review and assess pipeline contribution and overall campaign effectiveness.

You'll also create demand generation strategies, shaping how our products are positioned in the market and translating technical features into compelling customer benefits.

Creating customer case studies, LinkedIn thought leadership and landing pages, you'll also develop effective wider marketing assets that increase audience engagement, generate qualified pipeline, strengthen customer relationships and deliver measurable commercial growth.

    Additionally, you will:

    - Develop positioning, content and messaging for our products and services
    - Support new product launches and feature releases
    - Interview customers to develop authentic success stories
    - Gather customer and market insight to strengthen campaigns
    - Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement
    - Undertake sales enablement and lead nurturing activities
    - Support SEO and organic growth initiatives

    About You

To be considered as our Demand Generation Manager, you will need experience of the following:

    - Delivering B2B demand generation campaigns
    - Using CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce or Marketo)
    - Developing marketing operations, processes and workflows
    - Delivering targeted email marketing campaigns
    - Managing customer lifecycle marketing programmes
    - Planning and delivering integrated marketing campaigns
    - Developing content strategies
    - Creating customer case studies and success stories
    - Managing organic social media and online communities
    - Creating and optimising landing pages

    You will also need:

    - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing and customer data
    - Excellent copywriting and content creation skills
    - The ability to turn customer and market insights into effective marketing campaigns
    - Proven organisational and project management skills
    - Effective communication and stakeholder management skills

Other organisations may call this role Demand Generation Lead, Growth Marketing Manager, Growth Marketing Lead, Marketing Automation Manager, Lifecycle Marketing Manager, B2B Marketing Manager, Growth Manager, or Digital Marketing Manager.

Webrecruit is an equal opportunities employer, values diversity and is strongly committed to providing equal employment opportunities for all employees and all applicants for employment.
