We're currently recruiting for a Sales Assistant to help represent nationally recognised charities through face-to-face conversations with members of the public.
As a Sales Assistant, you'll raise awareness of the charities' missions, explain the impact of their work, and help supporters sign up to make a lasting difference. Engaging with people in local communities, including where people live, work, and shop.
No previous sales experience is required. Full training, ongoing coaching, and continued support will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for graduates, career changers, and anyone looking to build confidence in customer-facing roles.

About the Role
As a Sales Assistant, you'll represent a range of charity campaigns through face-to-face conversations within the local community. Your role is to create positive interactions, build trust, raise awareness, and help people understand how they can support worthwhile causes.
What You'll Be Doing

Speaking with members of the public in community locations across Manchester
*
Representing charities professionally while sharing their mission, values, and impact
*
Building genuine rapport through engaging, meaningful conversations
*
Answering questions and ensuring supporters fully understand the campaigns
*
Assisting new supporters through a clear and professional sign-up process
*
Working towards individual and team performance goals
*
Attending daily team briefings, training sessions, and ongoing coaching
*
Continuously developing your communication, customer engagement, and sales skills

Pay & Benefits

Earnings (£1,935 per calendar month) include a combination of base pay plus uncapped on-target earnings through performance-based incentives (subject to successful completion of a four-week probationary period).
