Responsibilities
* Process material requisitions and raise purchase orders
* Liaise with suppliers, internal departments and site teams
* Monitor, update and maintain pricing agreements
* Assist with supplier invoice query resolution
* Contribute to ongoing improvements of procedures and systems
Requirements
* Experience working as a Project Administrator
* Strong written, numerical and communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
* Excellent attention to detail
* Reliable, with good timekeeping and a positive attitude
* Able to work effectively as part of a team
* Organised, able to multitask and meet tight deadlines
* Background working in the built environment – essential
