Carry out mental health assessments and develop tailored care plans.
Work with Section 117 aftercare cases.
Ensure people receive the right services and support.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals, agencies, and community services.
Use your knowledge of mental health legislation, safeguarding, and the social care system.
