We are looking for an organised, proactive and customer-focused Service Department Coordinator to join our client in Cardiff

As the first point of contact for customers, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while supporting the day to day operation of the department. Working closely with the Service Manager and Management Team, you will coordinate activities, maintain accurate records and help ensure customers receive a professional and efficient service.

The role

* Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries, providing a professional and helpful service.

* Coordinate service appointments, customer visits, validations and exhibitions.

* Maintain accurate customer information within the CRM system.

* Support the Service Manager by resolving customer queries and gathering information for more complex requests.

* Prepare reports, documentation and administrative support for management, projects and tenders.

* Monitor company loan equipment and ensure accurate tracking.

* Assist with KPI reporting and help identify opportunities to improve departmental processes and efficiency.

* Ensure company procedures and documentation are completed accurately and on time.

The Person

You will be an excellent communicator with strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail. You will be confident using Microsoft Office, and comfortable working with CRM systems. You will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of customer service
