A major brand specialising in Construction Machinery parts are looking for a Senior Country Sales Lead, who specialises in Construction Machinery/Heavy Plant parts sales, to support a team of Area Sales Managers across the UK and Ireland.
Role: Senior Country Sales Lead
Area: Covering UK & Ireland. Ideally located in the Midlands but open for the right candidate
Salary: £60,000 base salary, OTE potential of £85,000

The requirements of the Senior Country Sales Lead will be:
As Senior Country Sales Lead, you will be responsible for defining and implementing a market strategy
Carrying out market and competitor analysis
Identify market needs
Providing support and direction for Area Sales Managers
Develop, implement and monitor sales initiatives
The ideal candidate for Senior Country Sales Lead will have:
Experience within a Parts Sales role within the Construction Machinery/Heavy Plant industry
Excellent levels of knowledge, market exposure and a strong network
Great relationship builder
Able to travel throughout the UK & Ireland attending meetings
