Hours: 07:00 to 16:00 (Mon–Thu), Early Friday finish | Weekend overtime available
Salary: £50K to £55K with the possibility of a pay review after 12 months

We are recruiting on behalf of an industry leading electrical services provider boasting a workforce of over 500+ staff!

We want to speak with Commercial Electricians ready to step up and lead large scale projects in an Electrical Supervisor roles, Or a Supervisor wanting to work with a substantial business!
  
For them, personality, drive, and technical skill come first- So they’re looking for an Electrician or existing Electrical Supervisor, with a positive, energetic mindset who can keep teams motivated on site.

The Role: You will be the hands on technical electrical lead across major commercial sites- ranging from schools and hospitals to hotels, high end retail, and large apartment complexes. Depending on the contract size, you will oversee anywhere from 10 to 50 site staff, leading from the front and jumping on the tools whenever required.
  
Key Electrical Supervisor Responsibilities:

Overseeing daily site operations, ensuring safety standards, and driving project completion.
Installing high spec containment systems (conduit, basket, cable tray, ladder rack).
Managing site admin via their internal software: completing site audits, daily diaries, timesheets, and material requests/orders.
Motivating, organizing, and keeping site teams energized to hit project milestones.   
What We Are Looking For In The New Electrical Supervisor:

Qualifications: JIB Gold Card & Full UK Driving Licence are essential.
Experience: Experience with conduit, basket, cable tray and ladder rack containment is important, as this is a large part of the commercial work carried out. #Technical2026
