We are currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor with a valid Bendi/Flexi FLT licence to join our busy warehouse operation based in B12, Birmingham.
This is a hands-on supervisory role responsible for supporting the smooth running of the warehouse, ensuring stock is handled safely and efficiently while leading and supporting the warehouse team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervising day-to-day warehouse operations
* Operating a Bendi/Flexi FLT safely and efficiently
* Loading and unloading vehicles
* Managing stock movements and warehouse organisation
* Monitoring team performance and productivity
* Ensuring health and safety standards are followed
* Supporting and training warehouse staff
* Completing stock checks and warehouse paperwork
Requirements:
* Previous warehouse supervisory experience essential
* Valid Bendi/Flexi FLT licence
* Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
* Good leadership and communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and reliability
* Ability to work well under pressure
