Working closely with Headteachers, School Business Managers and senior leaders, you'll provide pragmatic advice on a wide range of people matters, ensuring clients receive an exceptional level of service. The role is primarily based from the consultancy's modern Wakefield office, where the team work collaboratively and support one another, with regular travel to client sites across the region.
