About the Role
You will play a key role in delivering a high-quality Building Control service, undertaking:
Responsibilities
- Plan assessments and technical reviews
- Site inspections across a range of developments
- Advice and guidance to customers and stakeholders
- Enforcement and compliance activities
- Dangerous structures and demolition work
- Maintaining high professional standards and accurate records
Qualifications
You will have Building Control experience, strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills and a genuine commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Pay range and compensation package
- Grade 10 salary range: £42,839 - £46,142
- £6,000 Market Rate Supplement available for inspectors registered above Class 2A
- Maximum package of up to £52,142 per annum
- Ongoing support to progress through higher Building Safety Regulator registration classes
