Head Chef – £80,000 package – Berkshire - Stunning Property
This stunning property, which is located in the heart of Berkshire, is seeking the talents of an experienced Head Chef to work closely with the new Executive Chef to improve the food offering.
You will be creating fine modern British cuisine to a Bib Gourmand standard using only fresh, seasonal produce. This establishment sources and cures its meat and using some of the best produce available to Chefs.
Ideally, you would have worked within a strong fine dining background, 2/3 AA Rosette standards.
As Head Chef, you will be heavily involved in planning and designing new seasonal menus as well as be involved in visiting suppliers to source produce and ingredients. You will be responsible for training and developing the kitchen brigade and reviewing their performance, maintaining the hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen and all the admin work for the kitchen.
A great salary package of over £80,000 per annum is available for the right Head Chef.
