How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

G.Network is transforming London’s connectivity by delivering world-class, full fibre broadband direct to homes and businesses. As a 100% full fibre provider, we’re rolling out Fibre to the Premises (FTTP) across central London.

Our vision is to build a better-connected London, and our purpose is to unlock the power of GigaFast speeds to enable the communities we serve to thrive.

We’re a values-led organisation, and our culture is built around four key principles:

    • Fair – We treat everyone with respect, create equal opportunities, and always strive to do the right thing.
    • Excellence – We take pride in our work and aim to deliver the highest standards in everything we do.
    • Resilience – We stay focused and adaptable, even when things get tough, supporting each other to overcome challenges.
    • Fast – We move at pace, make smart decisions quickly, and act with purpose to deliver for our customers.

We believe in creating a workplace where everyone feels they belong. These values guide how we work, how we support one another, and how we make a real impact across London.

The Human Resources Administrator plays a key role in supporting the smooth running of core people processes across the organisation. Working closely with the wider team, this role is primarily focused on providing reliable, high-quality administrative support across the full employee lifecycle.

This is a hands-on, process-focused role that involves the consistent and accurate delivery of recurring administrative tasks. The Administrator is responsible for maintaining accurate records, processing documents, and ensuring the timely execution of key people activities such as onboarding, offboarding, absence recording, and data management. The role is integral to ensuring that processes are compliant, efficient, and deliver a great colleague experience.

    • Self-motivated and capable of working independently, with strong organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong interpersonal and communicational skills.
    • High attention to detail and flexibility in managing shifting priorities.
    • Committed to delivering high-quality service with professionalism, discretion, and a proactive attitude.
    • Eagerness to develop and expand knowledge in HR practices.
    • Degree qualification or equivalent.
