Founded by lawyers from leading City, international, and US firms, the firm delivers direct partner attention and commercially astute advice across corporate, commercial, disputes, regulatory, and tax matters, with a client base spanning sport, finance, infrastructure, hospitality, technology, and real estate.
On the back of sustained growth and an abundance of instructions, they are now seeking an ambitious Partner to join and help lead their corporate/commercial team, working alongside experienced partners on sophisticated, often cross-border matters spanning M&A, capital markets, asset management, investments, and shareholder arrangements, with a leading role in shaping the practice's future direction.

- Leading and growing the corporate & commercial offering, drawing on your own following, client relationships, or business plan.
- Managing high-value and complex corporate transactions from origination through to completion.
- Advising clients directly on strategy, structuring, and risk at the highest level.
- Working collaboratively with the firm's partners and wider team to deliver a first-class service across practice areas.
- Contributing to the strategic direction, business development, and continued growth of the firm.
- Mentoring and developing associates within the corporate team.
The successful candidate will have:
- Qualified Solicitor of England and Wales.
- Significant PQE at Partner or senior Associate level gained within a top-tier, Magic Circle, Silver Circle, international, or leading US firm.
- A want to work within a boutique firm, getting away from the BigLaw lifestyle and demands.
- An existing following, transferable client relationships, or a strong and credible business plan.
- A demonstrable track record across M&A, capital markets, asset management, or general corporate advisory work.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- A commercial, entrepreneurial mindset and a genuine desire to build and grow a practice.
- The ability to thrive in a small, collaborative, partner-led environment.
Benefits include:
- Highly competitive package.
- Hybrid working arrangement.
- Autonomy and direct influence over the strategy and growth of the corporate team.
- Access to the firm's existing high-quality client base and cross-sector expertise.
- The platform and support to build a market-leading corporate practice.
