The Role
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you'll be responsible for building relationships with AI and Software Engineering professionals and partnering with innovative businesses across Germany.
You'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including:
Business development and client relationship management
Candidate sourcing and networking
Market mapping and talent engagement
Interview management and offer negotiation
Building your own specialist market and personal brand
The German market offers excellent earning potential, creating strong opportunities for commission and career growth.
German language skills would be a bonus but are not essential.
