We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturing company in Evesham for General Operative / Maskers to join their growing team.
No previous experience is required – full training will be provided. If you have a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and enjoy hands-on work, we'd love to hear from you.
The Role
As a Masker / General Operative, you'll be responsible for preparing components before they are painted or coated by carefully applying and removing masking materials. You'll work as part of a supportive team to ensure products are completed to a high standard.
Responsibilities
* Applying and removing masking tape and protective materials.
* Preparing components for painting and finishing.
* Carrying out visual quality checks.
* Following work instructions and health and safety procedures.
* Keeping your work area clean and tidy.
* Supporting the production team as required.
