The employment team advises an impressive portfolio of clients, ranging from ambitious start-ups and owner-managed businesses to household names and multinational organisations across a wide variety of sectors. Recognised for its expertise across the full spectrum of employment law, the team handles both contentious and non-contentious matters, providing commercially focused and pragmatic advice on complex workplace issues.
The Role
- Advising on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters
- Supporting on Employment Tribunal litigation, workplace investigations, restructures, redundancies, TUPE and day-to-day HR advisory work
- Assisting senior members of the team on complex matters while developing and managing your own caseload
- Working closely with clients to provide practical, commercially focused advice on strategic employment issues
- Building strong client relationships and contributing to business development initiatives as part of a highly regarded team
About You
- Circa 2–5 years' PQE in employment law gained within a well-regarded private practice team
- Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of employment law matters
- A commercial mindset with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Enthusiastic, collaborative and keen to contribute to a supportive team culture
- An interest in business development and building a long-term career within a successful practice
