How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    Job Title: Marketing Executive

    Location: Watford

    Reports to: Head of Marketing/Chief Operations Director

    Responsibilities Role Summary

    The Marketing Executive will deliver and coordinate marketing activities for CCS and its subsidiaries, ensuring brand consistency, effective campaign execution, and measurable business growth within the healthcare sector.

    The role combines strategic planning with hands-on delivery across digital and offline channels, including website management, social media, email marketing, CRM engagement, and video content creation. The position supports brand development, lead and applicant engagement, and stakeholder communication while ensuring all activity aligns with company objectives and healthcare regulatory requirements.

    Key Responsibilities

    * Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with company objectives and healthcare regulatory requirements.

    * Plan, execute, and monitor integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, email, and social media channels.

    * Maintain and update the company website using WordPress, including creating new pages, editing existing content, and making basic structural updates.

    * Create and edit engaging video content for social media, recruitment, and promotional use using CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro.

    * Design social media posts, marketing materials, and print collateral using Canva, ensuring brand consistency.

    * Manage day-to-day social media activity, including content scheduling, engagement, and performance tracking.

    * Use Go High Level (CRM) to build and manage email campaigns, create nurture automations, and support lead and applicant engagement.

    * Track and analyse marketing performance metrics, leads, and ROI, providing reports and insights to senior management.

    * Track the marketing budget, ensuring spend is monitored and aligned with campaign performance.

    * Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.

    * Support business development and recruitment initiatives through targeted marketing activity.

    * Liaise with internal departments and external partners, agencies, and suppliers to deliver marketing projects effectively.

    * Ensure all communications reflect the CCS brand, values, and sector compliance requirements.

    * Undertake additional duties (appropriate to the post) as required to support the Head of Marketing and senior leadership team

    * To maintain a flexible attitude towards duties and responsibilities, to ensure the efficient working of the team

    * Able to deal with and manage conflict in a professional calm manner

    * To adhere to set department budget constraints

    * Ability to use own initiative but also know when matters need to be referred to a senior staff member. If a query has been presented to you and you are unable to resolve the matter, it must then be escalated to the head of department

    Skills

    Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including social media management and email marketing.

    Practical experience using WordPress, including creating pages, editing content, and making basic website updates.

    Experience creating and editing video content using tools such as CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro.

    Proficiency in Canva for designing social media graphics, marketing materials, and print content.

    Experience using a CRM system (preferably Go High Level) to create email campaigns, build nurture automations, and support lead engagement.

    Ability to analyse campaign data and produce clear, actionable performance reports.

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

    Creative thinking with strong attention to detail and brand consistency.

    Understanding of healthcare marketing regulations, compliance, and confidentiality requirements (desirable).

    Qualifications

    * Relevant marketing qualification (degree, diploma, or equivalent professional experience).

    * Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in a marketing role (experience within healthcare or a regulated sector desirable).

    Internal Liaison: COD, Senior Management Team, Department Heads
    External Liaison: Clients, Media, Social Media, Universities, Professional Agencies, Printers
