£30,500 + Tips & Bonus | HG1 | 37.5 Hours per Week | 5 Days Over 7 | Regular Weekend Days Off | 33 Days Holiday

This is your opportunity to join a fantastic local business well known for its high quality food and excellent customer service.

Working in Harrogate town centre, 37.5 hours per week you will be:

preparing fresh food to order in a busy kitchen
supervising, supporting and mentoring your team
effectively manage your budget through stock control, accurate ordering and waste managementAs the successful junior sous chef you will have hospitality management skills along with experience of working in a fresh food kitchen.

We are looking for someone who:

is motivated by providing a great customer experience
has great attention to detail
communicates effectively with the whole catering team
will make the most of development opportunities for themselves and their team
has knowledge of food safety and health and safety
can work well under pressure

This would be an ideal role if you have worked as a manager or as a Chef de Partie and you are ready for a new adventure with a good work/life balance.
