Oversee daily site operations, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications.
Manage and coordinate the site team, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to schedules.
Monitor site safety standards, conduct regular inspections, and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations.
Looking after mainly shuttering carpenters on site and other trades.
12 hour shifts - 7 days 3 days off
Proven experience as a Site Supervisor, preferably with supervision experience on similar projects, ideally Shuttering carpenters.
Must have CSCS and SSSTS.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
