Driver/ Yard Operative

We're currently recruiting for a Yard Operative/ Driver to join a busy and friendly company based in Garretts Green. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, is customer-focused, and is looking for a long-term position with opportunities for pay progression.
Pay
💷 £12.71 per hour to start
* Opportunity to increase to £13.00–£13.50 per hour following a successful probation period.
💰 Weekly pay
Working Hours
* Monday to Friday: 7:00am – 5:00pm
* Saturday: 7:00am – 3:00pm
The Role
As a Tipper Driver/ Yard Operative, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day deliveries of fencing and garden products, ensuring a fantastic customer experience. You'll also have occasional period working in the yard to prepare customer orders
Duties include:
* General yard duties.
* Assisting with loading and unloading materials.
* Delivering garden products including fencing to customer houses
* Providing excellent customer service
What We're Looking For
* A positive and reliable attitude.
* Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
* Friendly and personable with good customer service skills.
* A full UK driving licence is essential.
* Ability to work as part of a team and use your own initiative.
