A fantastic opportunity has become available for a committed and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Newham. This full-time role is available for a September start and offers a competitive daily rate of £95 to £110, depending on experience.

The Role - Learning Support Assistant
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to provide tailored support for pupils who require additional assistance in the classroom. You will support learning on a 1:1 basis and in small groups, helping children to remain engaged, build confidence, and make progress across the curriculum.

The successful candidate will work alongside the class teacher and SENCO to deliver targeted interventions, adapt learning activities to suit individual needs, and encourage pupils' academic, social, and emotional development. You may also support children with additional needs, including ASD, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and other learning needs.

You will need to be patient, proactive, and adaptable, with excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for supporting children to succeed both inside and outside the classroom.
