How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

Collaborate with a highly technical team of engineers, researchers and AI specialists
Help shape engineering best practices in an AI-first environment What We're Looking For
    Strong software engineering fundamentals
Experience using AI tools to build and deliver production software

Broad technical exposure across languages, frameworks and cloud technologies
Strong problem-solving ability and intellectual curiosity
Excellent academic background, ideally in a technical discipline
A mindset that embraces innovation rather than resists it You'll Thrive Here If You...
See AI as a force multiplier rather than a threat
Enjoy learning new technologies and approaches
Like working in environments where things move quickly
Are comfortable with ambiguity and evolving roadmaps
Want to help define how modern engineering teams operate Why Join?
Work on genuinely innovative AI and cloud technologies

You understand the fundamentals, know how to build great software, and have fully embraced the new generation of AI development tools. You don't just use AI to code faster, you use it to build better.

If you're excited by the idea of helping shape the future of software engineering, we'd love to hear from you
