We’re looking for a proactive Construction Recruiter to join our London team!

What you’ll do:

Use job boards, social media, professional networks, and our internal database to find and attract top talent
Conduct pre-screening interviews to assess suitability
Build and maintain a talent pool for upcoming roles
Register new candidates and collect all required documents and certifications
Complete forms and paperwork for site inductions and ensure compliance
Keep candidate records updated and organised
What we’re looking for:

Experience in administration, costumer service and/or recruitment
Strong organisational and time management skills
Good level of English (spoken and written) – an additional European language is a big plus
Some knowledge or background in construction would be an advantage
A team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn
